Vela Luka Croatian Dance Ensemble with Bonaca and Ruze Dalmatinke @ CroatiaFest 2024!

Enjoy our Korcula suite, which combines dances from each of the towns on the island of Korcula, choreographed by Milan Oreb and taught by Zeljko Jergan, 1986.

Also enjoy, Manfrina, from our very own town of Vela Luka.  Our Manfrina has a taste of musical history brought from Vela Luka, a bit different from the music traditionally played in Vela Luka.

Poskocica, to many known as Lindjo, will also be performed, choreographed in 2002 by Nicholas Petrish and Maria Plancich Kesovija, danced to the haunting music of the lijerica, played by John Lovric and directed by the commands of the kolovodjo, caller, Michael Petrish.
